I have a question regarding an article which i read; is that all the Ajax contents ,for example comments in youtube videos can not be searchable using yahoo, google search engine .

Recently, a photo of me was taken at school, and put on the school website, where it stays in the archives for Years. No one ever deletes these photos. Below the photo was my name, so whenever I search my (very uncommon) full name into google or yahoo, the first website that appears displays my VERY unflattering image >_<
What am i to do?! The teachers won't remove the photo/website (so that's NOT an option) and so i can't use google webmaster tools, to remove the webpage.
